Immunity ke naam pe market me har tarah ka syrup, tablet, kada, magic drink milta hai. Reality me immunity koi on–off switch nahi, balki poore lifestyle ka output hai.
Sabse common myth: “Ek particular supplement se immunity strong ho jayegi.” Haan, deficiency ho toh specific vitamin/mineral supplement help karta hai, lekin random multivitamins ya “immune boosters” bina need ke koi dramatic shield create nahi karte.
Jo actually kaam karte hain, wo boring basics hain:
- Sufficient sleep – raat ki 4–5 ghante ki tied-tied sleep se body repair time hi nahi milta.
- Balanced food – fruits, vegetables, proteins, healthy fats, whole grains.
- Movement – regular light to moderate exercise immune system ko support karta hai.
- Stress management – chronic stress immune function ko suppress karta hai.
