Wherever possible, ventilation, distance, aur mask jaise tools seasonally useful ho sakte hain – especially jab tum ya tumhare ghar me koi high-risk ho (elderly, small baby, chronic illness).

Body ko change-of-weather handle karne ke liye extra energy chahiye. Time pe sone, adequate fluids, seasonal fruits/veggies, aur tobacco/alcohol kam rakhna immunity ko support karte hain. Sirf kada pe bharosa karna aur baaki lifestyle ignore karna smart plan nahi.

Fever jo 2–3 din se zyada ho, breathlessness, chest pain, ya bohot weakness jaisa feel ho, wo “normal season change” ke category se bahar aa jata hai – waha doctor ke paas jaana better hota hai than self-medication.
