Log aksar confuse kar dete hain physiotherapist ko “trainer” ke saath. Dono movement use karte hain, lekin context alag hai.
Physiotherapy medical side pe aata hai. Injury, surgery, chronic pain, posture issues, nerve problems, arthritis, etc. ke baad physio ka role hota hai – pain control, mobility restore karna, specific muscles activate karna, safe return to activity plan banana. Unke exercises bilkul random nahi hote; diagnosis-based hote hain.
Gym training generally fitness goals—fat loss, muscle gain, general strength, stamina—ke liye hota hai. Trainer sahi form, load progression, aur motivation me help karta hai, lekin wo har baar medical condition diagnose ya treat karne ke liye trained nahi hota.
Agar tumhe active pain, recent injury, surgery, repeated sprains, slip disc history, ya serious joint/nerve issue hai, to pehle physio/ doctor se plan lena best hai. Jab base stable ho jaye, tab uske upar safely gym training build ki ja sakti hai.
Dono ek dusre ke against nahi, complementary ho sakte hain. Smart approach: problem stage me physio, general fitness stage me trainer – ideally communication dono ke beech ho, especially agar tum high-intensity ya heavy lifting plan kar rahe ho.
